Sunny with a Chance of Football

We've been busy.  All good stuff:  busy with the business, the baby, scrubbing floors and windows, putting up new ceiling fans, going over to Eastern Shore for a Residential Energy Co-op presentation and a great meal of fried oysters and crab cake at The Narrows, and searching for a house for daughter and her family, and, of course, watching Sunday Ravens (they're getting spanked as I write) and Eagles football.  ("Yes", said the English teacher, "this is a run-on sentence"!)

It's been beautiful here and when I went out about an hour ago, noticed it was warmer outside than it is inside our house, and because of the golden yellow leaves, everything has this glow.  We haven't raked, yet, because the trees are still sporting most of their leaves.  I figure next weekend should be the big show down.

I had the absolute worst time trying to place these photos and caption them.  Not use to the new set-up, yet, but this will have to do.  I'm tired of playing with them.

Love that fountain; it looks great! We planted our Spring bulbs on Saturday, and cleaned up the yard. It look winterized - sad, I know. We also organized our back patio furniture etc. So, I guess we are ready for winter.
I love your pink knock-out. It's so nice to see purple phlox; it reminds me of summertime.

Love your photos.
It sure was a beautiful day outside. Warmer outside than in my house too.
I went outside and gave my car a much needed car wash this afternoon.

You have such beautiful landscaping. It's been sunny and warm here too. Even "turn the air on during the afternoon" warm. Kinda weird, really.

And there are leaves everywhere here too. They used to clean up all the leaves here, but they don't anymore. They don't really keep up the grounds either though.

I especially like the picture of the chairs in the leaves. I haven't picked up a rake yet. Soon.

I haven't notices anything different about posting pictures. Hmmm.

Those chairs have disappeared!

I'm so impressed that you have raspberries now! It's getting cold here and everything is dying off. I've been busy getting everything ready for winter.

Pretty pictures! The pink knockout and purple phlox are lovely. Wish I had a fountain that tinkled - so relaxing.

I do miss fall sometimes. But my allergies don't miss it. I love the pictures.
I have no idea how to caption the pictures. I post them one way and they show up in a different order when posted. Oh well. I am so technically challenged.

Have an awesome day.
