Kathy's Great Adventure

I've always wanted to parasail even knowing I would do so alone.  Husband has no intention of flying 700 feet in the air.  Anyway....I had my chance when we were in Naples -- made my appointment for 11:00 AM on Sunday.  I was so excited.

Here I am swimming toward the boat.

Made it!

And then the clouds came...We headed back to shore resolute in not being human lightning rods!

We saw a rainbow that night
And a beautiful sunset

Guess Mother Nature decided it was a bad idea that day. Hope you got your money back!

Did you get into the sky at all? No? Darn.

Perfume. I used to love Le Deu by Givanchi. SP. And I will sit out your adventure. My husband can go up with you. :)

You are a brave soul and I hope you get a chance to get up in the air soon.

Too bad you didn't get to go up. I'm never comfortable on water, but would love to fly planes. Beautiful pictures!

I'm glad you didn't become a human lightning rod. Your picture of the rainbow and those of the sunsets are absolutely gorgeous.

Hope you had another chance to go again, Kathy... When I was in Tybee Island ---we sat in our condo on the beach and watched people para-sail... Looks like fun...

Great sky pictures and the rainbow is beautiful...

Hugs,
Betsy

WHAT? You mean all that swimming to the boat and then you didn't get to go up? Well that's just a truck load of hooey.
