Be Back Soon

Well, I'm ready.  And by this time tomorrow, I should be out of surgery and on my way back to the active me.

Over the last few days, I've exercised, been 'acupunctured' and massaged.  I've cleaned floors and bathrooms, weeded, done laundry and prepared for this part of my journey as best I can.  My acupuncturist tells me I am deeply healthy and joyful and I believe this is true.

I will miss you all, and will catch up as soon as I can.

And I need a favor...Do you remember our young friend, Forrest who suffered the brain injury?  He is in need of our fervent prayers.  If you don't pray, please send your most powerful and positive thoughts his way.  This weekend he will be undergoing yet another surgery to relieve the build-up of fluid in his brain.

I was without home internet for the past 3 weeks and missed a lot of your posts. We are finally back on line (a planned 2day outage for an upgrade that went horribly off the rails) and I'm now catching up. I hope you are at hope and recouping well and without complications from your surgery. Best wishes to you for a full recovery. Take good care.
