The weather Outside is Frightful ♫

Di at "Blue Ridge Girl" has declared that it is now winter.  And to prove it....here's our patio...

And Richard going to get yet more wood to keep us warm...
And the County plow getting stuck!

And the view from my window...

Feel better, everyone?  I know I do.  I think I'll go outside to roll around in all that white stuff!

I really prefer snow when there are Christmas lights. :-) It is 76 here and it feels cool after the last week.

Thanks, Kathy, this is just what I needed to feel cooler.

I've been going through all my snowmageddon photos to remind myself why I shouldn't complain too much about the heat...at least we don't have to shovel it. Stay cool!

I'll take the heat!

I'll have to remind my daughter in Chicago of these winter photos. It's sweltering over there too. I wish I could send you some of our Hawaiian trade winds.

My grandkids asked which I preferred. Did I like snow or hot sun? I think I like to adapt to what ever the weather gods are throwing at us. I stay inside if I can when it is hot and when it is cold.

I do think you photos are a great reminder of another extreme in the weather.

I do feel somewhat better. Geez, we never have snow like that. We barely have any snow. I think I would love it for at least just once.
Enjoyed.

I remember it well, but then we were complaining of the cold and wishing for summer. : )

Such a tricky girl you are, Kathy! Thanks for the chill...it reached a couple hundred miles north and reduced our temps by nearly 20 degrees today!
