☼ It's a Beautiful Morning! ♫

Busy day ahead of me.  I'm starting the Hyalgan shots for my knees this morning, after which I head to the gym where I'll probably just do cardio as I want to help daughter move to her new house.  I know she's overwhelmed.  It'll just be the two of us -- at the least, I can unpack and help her set up the kitchen and make her bed so she can feel at home.  She can do all the running around, direct the movers, and arrange the furniture and closets.  Photos of the new place to follow.

I've had to install comment moderation -- had enough of the stupid sex crap in some Asian language.  I do not want to do that word verification -- that will be a last resort.

By the way, the last comment left with the zinger was from my 'dear' brother.  I'll be 'moderating' him, too -- as soon as I see him.

Hope the shots help your knees. Sounds like you're not giving in to those creaky knees. Good for you.

I haven't had the comment experience you mention but am sure my time will come.

Enjoy the day.

Hope your knees feel better soon. If I lived closer, I would help you plant your flowers. Don't overdo.
And have a nice weekend!

I hope your kneee shots work. I'm suffering too in that area, having treatment from a lovely physio!

You'll be busy helping your daughter - its hard work moving. We ought to downsize, but the thought fills me with horror!!

I hope your moving day went well. I have that word verification thing because of blog spammers. Many do. It's annoying, but I put up with it.

You definitely are ambitious. I hope the shot helps your knee and that your daughter's move goes smoothly. I am sorry to hear about the spam you were getting in your comments.

Hope the move went well for you and your daughter. Big transition for both of you. I'm sure you will miss them all at your house. Looking forward to seeing photos and post on the move. Hope you are enjoying a nice weekend.

Cara Kathy, hai capito molto bene, invece.

Fammi sapere come stai facendo. Il tuo amico, Kathy

Hope your shots helped. I'm much better since I went back on Celebrex, so I'll pass on the needles.
Also hope that your daughter's move went well.

How are your knees? Has the Hyalgan shots helped? I hope so.

Yes, it sounds like you wrote this post with a song in your heart. I wonder why???

I love that song! And I'm happy that it will be stuck in my head for a while! :)

I was getting threats on my blog, so I moderated it for a while...then I stopped and so far so good. Sometimes it's necessary. :(

I hope the shots work. I have bad knees from a car accident back in the 60's and the older I get the worse they get. I'm in denial, but one of these days I will have to go to the doctor about them, whether I want to or not!

Hope moving was a breeze!!
